Taqueria Casamigos: Authentic Mexican Tacos & Vibrant Flavors in Cape Coral

We went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was really busy. We sat down and we're able to get in and out very quickly. The birria tacos are so good and very filling for 4$ each and the consome is . The steak tacoswere also and everything tasted sooo good. The cheese dipping with tortillas is a good starter app. We'll definitely be back!

They’re still working on some issues because they just recently opened. I have a few suggestions. Silverware should be put on the table with napkins. You shouldn’t have to go to the counter to get it and ask for it. I think this is the first place I’ve been to where they didn’t give you chips and salsa on the table.. I think that should be something that you do for every table that’s ordering food. That’s just my personal opinion. They service was excellent. They were all very nice and courteous and price was reasonable. And on the wall, they had some cool art and they had one from the day of the dead, which was really cool and I took a picture of it. And one of the server saw me and asked me if I wanted a copy that he would email me one which I thought was extremely cool And I really appreciated it.

Today was my first time at this restaurant and the food was delicious. I had a Taco de pastor (pork) , Taco de asado (beef) , Taco de chorizo (pork) and Tacos de carnitas (pork) and a cold coke. The tacos were really delicious. The salsas were also very delicious. They had three different options for salsa. I had the habanero which was my favorite because it was the spicier one from the other two. I would definitely recommend this place. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the art on the walls

This place has fresh and authentic-tasting Mexican tacos! The shredded beef ones are the most flavorful tacos I've ever had. The sauces are right on point too. The only two things I think that could make this place better are introducing a daily special and making it a quick order and eat-in spot rather than a full restaurant experience with waiters. The space isn't large enough, and when it's busy, there's just one register for customers to order and the workers to check out their tables' checks. With these adjustments, I think it would bring a lot of locals in more often, including myself!

The word must have gotten out that there is almost no one in SWFL serving real al pastor on a vertical grill so these folks stepped up to fill the need. The al pastor here is world class and is very much the same quality as you would find on the streets of Los Angeles or Mexico DF. I have not found al pastor anywhere in Florida better than this.

Best authentic street taco place in Cape Coral. I usually get the steak tacos. Good quality meat, tender and not too much fatty bits like the other places, and the prices are very fair.

This is our second time ordering from this place and we highly enjoyed the food both times. Everything was very flavorful and fresh. We love the Iberia pizza which we had never had it before trying it at this place. We definitely recommend ordering Mexican food from here, you won't be disappointed!

First and foremost: Take this review with a grain of salt, as they're a new establishment so bumps are expected. We were greeted enthusiastically, despite the busy lunch rush. We placed our order quickly With the incredibly cheerful blonde waitress. The only water available was bottled at $3 per which is... disappointing. They do have alcoholic beverages available, but the pricing is a bit high: $8 for a single margarita when a Chili's is 500' away with 2 for 1? That's a bit awkward, really. The food itself was quite tasty, overall. The meats were cooked fantastically and the sauces with the queso were divine. The street corn was a bit all over the place with a little heavy on the Mayo yet light on the cohita, and the presentation of the chips and queso was a tad drab - throw some tahin or add color somehow? The atmosphere itself was bright and well lit up front, they may want to get some awnings it was uncomfortably warm inside due to the Florida heat. They have one unisex bathroom that is directly adjacent to both the kitchen and the managerial office which some might find off putting. Overall it's a nice local hidden gem in an otherwise overly saturated area. Give them a shot while they grow and let's support local!
